Syntagma Square/ National Garden

Syntagma Square is the center of political and social life in Athens.

The National Garden is one of the most important green spaces in the center of Athens, offering a rare breath of fresh air and tranquility next to the bustling Syntagma Square.

  • It is located right next to the Greek Parliament and is just a few meters away from the Syntagma metro station.
  • The main entrance is located on Amalias Avenue, and there are a total of seven entrances. You can easily reach the museum by metro (lines 2 and 3) or by numerous buses and trolleys that stop at Syntagma.
  • The garden is open from sunrise to sunset.
